Terms & Conditions
By joining the Cureo waitlist or using cureo.design you agree to the following. These terms will change once Cureo opens to the public; we’ll tell you before they do.
What Cureo is, today
Cureo is a landing page and a waitlist for a portfolio tool that is not yet publicly available. Joining the waitlist doesn’t create an account, doesn’t reserve a paid plan, and doesn’t guarantee access on any particular date.
Acceptable use
Don’t do the obvious bad things. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Submit anyone else’s email address without their permission.
- Attempt to overwhelm, probe, or reverse-engineer the waitlist endpoint.
- Use automated tools to submit multiple entries.
- Use Cureo for anything illegal where you live.
Your data
How we handle the data you give us is covered in our Privacy Policy. Briefly: we collect your email so we can tell you when Cureo opens; we don’t sell it; and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Intellectual property
Everything on cureo.design — the design, the code, the copy, the logo — is ours. Don’t copy it wholesale. You’re welcome to link to us, share screenshots for commentary, or talk about Cureo. Taking the site down and rehosting it isn’t OK.
No warranty
Cureo is provided as-is. We make no guarantee that the service will be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Termination
We can remove your waitlist entry at any time if we suspect abuse. You can remove your own entry at any time by emailing us. Either party may stop the relationship without notice; the waitlist is informal.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, unless your local consumer-protection law gives you a stronger right.
